• File Menu
  
  
  
  New category - Shows a dialogue box to help to create a new category for organizing projects.
  Categories manager - Shows a dialogue box to help to manage categories, e.g. add, remove or rename categories.
  
  New project - Starts the New Project Wizard to help to create a new project with its tasks.
  Delete project - Deletes the selected project.
  
  Open - Opens an ArkBackup archive file (.abkf file) for viewing and restoring.
  
  Minimize to system tray - Minimizes ArkBackup application to the system tray (it still works).
  Exit - Closes ArkBackup application.

  Backup - Runs the selected project for backup operation immediately.
  Restore - Shows the restore window to view the backup archive of the selected project and restore it.
  
  Stop - Terminates all running projects.
  
  Project properties - To view or modify the properties of the selected project, e.g. schedule and actions list, etc.
  
  Add task with wizard - Starts the New Task Wizard to help to add a new task for the selected project.
  
  Add task - local files/folders backup - Shows the New Task Dialogue Box to help to add a new task for files/folders backup for the selected project directly(without wizard).
  Add task - Windows registry keys backup - Shows the New Task Dialogue Box to help to add a new task for Windows registry keys backup for the selected project directly(without wizard).
  Add task - remote files backup (FTP) - Shows the New Task Dialogue Box to help to add a new task for backing up files/folders from a remote host with FTP connection(without wizard).
  Add task - web files backup (HTTP) - Shows the New Task Dialogue Box to help to add a new task for backing up web files from Internet web servers(without wizard).

  Run task only - Runs the selected task for backup operation immediately, the other tasks within same project will not run.
  
  Move task up - Moves the selected task up in the task list, so that it will be runned firstly when the project running.
  Move task down - Moves the selected task down in the task list, so that it will be runned after other tasks.
  
  Delete task - Deletes the selected task.
  
  Task details - To view or modify the details of the selected task, e.g. backup source, backup type, etc.

  Options - To view or change the options for ArkBackup application.
  
  Windows environment backup - Switchs to the Windows environment backup page to make a backup or restore operation for Windows environment.
  
  Reports viewer - Switchs to the Report viewer page to view backup/restore operations history.
  
  Import projects - Imports projects from an .XML file(exported by ArkBackup).
  Export projects - Exports projects to an .XML file for future importing.
  
  Installed plug-ins - To view all installed plug-ins information.
  Get more plug-ins - Vists the ArkBackup's plug-ins web page to find more plug-ins.
  
  Check for the latest version - Runs a live update program to check if there are updates for ArkBackup application and updates it automatically if yes.
